For the best possible results, please try to upload a large, high-quality image or logo with a high resolution. The larger the better!

If you are unsure whether your image or logo will look good on a golf ball, please send an email to qualitycheck@gimmeballs.golf and we’ll come back to you with a thumbs-up OR some advice on how to improve it.

Please note that photos printed on a brightly-coloured ball can sometimes look a bit disappointing (depending on the colours in the image). We recommend printing photos on white balls for the best results. You can put a photo on a colourful ball if you want, but you do so at your own risk.

If your design includes text, please make sure the font size is as large as possible. The print area on a golf ball is approximately 2cm, so very small text may not be readable.

Custom designs are printed onto each golf ball, and while the print is quite durable, it is not permanent so your design may wear away with play. We cannot state with certainty how long your personalised design will last as this depends on a number of different factors (e.g. what ball you choose, what sort of design you add, what the weather’s like on the golf course). We can offer a more permanent logo print option for orders of 24 dozen golf balls or more – please contact us for details.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we deem inappropriate to print. For example, we will not accept any orders that include nudity, violent imagery, hate speech, or anything else we consider offensive.

When sending us an image to print on a golf ball, you are acknowledging that you have the appropriate permission/licence to use that image.

We use a UV printer to produce your personalised golf balls. The longevity of your printed design will depend on which ball you choose – if you have any questions about our golf balls and how long your printed design will last, please contact gimmeballs today.

Please note that our printers are of the highest quality possible, and they can print very high quality images, however you are responsible for the quality of the image you choose to upload, we are unable to offer refunds if the quality of the image you have sent does not print well. If you are unsure about the quality of the image we would recommend selecting the option to have your image checked, at which point our design team will check that the quality of the image is good enough to print, and or make suggestion on how to improve the image on a ball.
