We're sorry you are disappointed but unfortunately different browsers and devices show this preview slightly differently, there is nothing we are able to do about this, but the personalisation guidelines are clear that the print area is 2cm.

Quality of golf balls good but the box was crushed when it arrived which was disappointing as it was a gift. The envelope the box of balls is dispatched in is totally inappropriate - it needs to be more substantial..
