I wanted to place an order for a friend's 70th birthday but couldn't adjust the format of one jpg and 1 word doc to conform. I sent an email to customer services and a very speedy response and follow up allowed me to place the order which has subsequently arrived. A special mention for Anthony who made it all happen. Brilliant
