Writing very small on the balls - was expecting it to be bigger so rather disappointing.

Melanie, the print area is 2cm, as indicated in the personalisation guidelines, so when you add a very long word like 'PHYSIOTHERAPY' it will be smaller writing on the ball, we would recommend something like "Physio" as this would have taken up a lot less space.

Absolutely fantastic company to do business with. Very easy to use website (from a phone too) which allowed me to personalise my golf balls (and brother in laws) quickly. Great price and they were delivered within a couple of days!!! I will definitely use again!!!
