Balls and printing were of expected so happy with that, I ordered within good time and paid for next day delivery, Royal mail didn't receive the consignment until the next day and they were not delivered for a further couple of days. Luckily I ordered the balls in a good amount of time. I understand things can be delayed so an apology for the delay would have been nice.

As described in the personalisation guidelines the print area of a golf ball is 2cm, the total ball circumference is 4cm, so the picture unfortunately could not be printed bigger, although if it was provided in a circle shape it would have been able to maximise that print area.
