A very good fast service for personalised golf balls, The print quality was good however the size of the print on the ball was not really representative of the sample I saw online, the print was very small and can't really make out what it is, may be my artwork was too busy, it would have been good if I was contacted before going ahead with the printing, unless this is all automated which I am guessing it is not, I am a printer myself and would of checked with the customer if I had any concerns.

I'm sorry you are a little disappointed Anthony but the artwork guidelines, on every page, state that the print area is 2cm on a 4cm golf ball, and because we are processing thousands of orders per month we simply don't have time to look at every image or logo, we have to assume that the customer has read the guidelines. I recall seeing your image printed and I thought it looked pretty good, but yes with that much writing and an image can make it hard to read clearly. We try our best to use example images and inform customers about what looks good on a ball but I appreciate it's hard to visualise in your mind what an image looks like at 2cm. In terms of the visual on screen, this is unfortunately a browser issue, on some browsers/devices it renders the perfect scale, on others it's a little smaller or bigger, sadly it's not possible to accurate on every screen/browser combination.
